Pay Per Click Universe – April 20/09 – Vol. 6, Issue 8

Editor’s Note
Listen and Learn To Stay At The Top

At times, I think we all forget that while we run our AdWords campaigns, Google is behind the scenes working on changes and improvements to the program, many of which result from our questions and complaints. I was reminded of that fact today when I saw a post from PPC Hero highlighting recent changes to the AdWords interface. Although the changes may not be particularly earth-shattering, they are a sign that Google continues to take the wishes of their customers very seriously, even though they pretty much dominate the marketplace for this product. That’s something we should all keep in mind in our search for long-term success online.

Featured Review – PPC Tool
Microsoft Ad Intelligence Add-In For Excel (Beta)

“Microsoft is the one in the trio of dominant search engines that isn’t always the first that comes to mind when one thinks of great PPC offerings. However, they do have a number of tools that have come to market having been developed by their adCenter Labs that have good utility and are worth taking for a spin. One such tool is the rather bland-sounding “adCenter Add-In for Excel” currently in beta (and referred to as Ad Intelligence).” Read the entire review here.
