Listen and Learn To Stay At The Top

At times, I think we all forget that while we run our AdWords campaigns, Google is behind the scenes working on changes and improvements to the program, many of which result from our questions and complaints. I was reminded of that fact today when I saw a post from PPC Hero highlighting recent changes to the AdWords interface. Although the changes may not be particularly earth-shattering, they are a sign that Google continues to take the wishes of their customers very seriously, even though they pretty much dominate the marketplace for this product. That’s something we should all keep in mind in our search for long-term success online.
