Pay Per Click Universe – January 4/2010 – Vol. 7, Issue 1

Editor’s Note
What Happened To AdWords In 2009?

You may be sick to death of “let’s sum up the year” posts, and equally tired of “what’s coming in 2010″ pseudo-prophecies, but I have something that may fit both categories, but is actually useful! In 2009: The Year AdWords Attacked Organic Search, Alex Cohen from ClickEquations puts together a comprehensive, date-by-date analysis of the significant changes wrought by AdWords during 2009, together with some interesting thoughts on how this is affecting organic search. It’s a great read, especially if you are looking for a rundown on AdWords events for 2009 that is clear, concise, and complete.
