Pay Per Click Universe – April 4, 2011 – Vol. 8, No. 7

Editor’s Note
Modifying Your WordPress Theme
Today’s note is a little off the topic of PPC, but so many people these days use WordPress as the base for their website that I thought it might be helpful to point out a really nice couple of blog posts that provide instructions for making changes to the way WordPress looks and feels, especially on the Admin side. Over at Six Revisions, Filip Stefansson’s posts on “How to Customize the WordPress Admin Area” and “10 Techniques for Customizing the WordPress Admin Panel” will get you started on ways to make the backend of WordPress more to your liking and get rid of the bits and pieces you don’t need. He also has a whole bunch of code snippets for further customization available here

“You’ve invested a lot in your pay-per-click advertising campaigns, and you need to know that your marketing budget is not being wasted. Part of this is ensuring that your website is up and running 24/7, so that anyone clicking on a PPC ad you have created is taken to a functioning site for further information and, hopefully, to close the sale.
