Although the website for PPC Accelerator, a new tool on the market for keyword management, may not be slick in its initial impression (a Flash intro spelling out a slogan and a popup invitation to try a free AdWords mini-course that loads on top of the introductory text to the product), don’t let that stop you from investigating this software further. I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised.

The author of PPC Accelerator software has developed a very useful tool that can significantly cut the time you spend managing and choosing your keywords, especially if you are a Google AdWords user. A product out of the UK, the software can target a number of countries, with the United States admittedly (by the author) being the most popular choice by users.

The website features a mini-course on ways to improve AdWords campaigns. As promised, you do receive instant access to Issue 1 of the guide, but you have to wait until the next issue arrives in your mailbox to get anything of substance – Issue 1 is mostly a reiteration of “why you should read the guide”. Issue 2 arrived about 30 minutes later and was, as promised, full of great advice on keyword lists, as well as a link to a resource site that has some interesting possibilities. So far, so good – the mini-course certainly looks worthwhile signing up for.

What IS extremely useful for judging whether this product is right for you or not is the online video that demonstrates how it works in a step-by-step, clear, concise, and logical manner.

This 13-minute demo of the software in action quickly shows you how easy-to-use the software is, the power that it possesses for finding the most popular keywords or phrases currently being searched for and then easily manipulating those keywords into the various formats and edited versions that you need to run a “full-meal-deal” AdWords keyword campaign.

Of course, you can use the software to create keywords lists for use on search engines other than Google; it just happens to have features that will make your list totally AdWords-friendly.

Currently offered as a free additional piece of software when you purchase PPC Accelerator is another product called Ad Injector, tailored to those running AdSense on their websites.

This software provides a quick and incredibly easy way to place your AdSense ads in the position of your web pages that research has shown is most likely to be seen by visitors to your website.

Again, there is an online demo of the product in action, which is extremely impressive in its ease of functionality. The demo uses simple web pages and places AdSense ads in a specific position. It would be interesting to see the product operate on a more complex web page, to illustrate how it handles a page that is coded heavily.

In sum, I was quite impressed with both pieces of software and especially appreciated the full-function demos of the products in action.

At a low price of $47 for both pieces of software (although Ad Injector will likely cease to be a freebie once PPC Accelerator is more established in the marketplace), if you like what you see on the demos, and you are currently building keyword lists in a fashion that you may have only somewhat automated (or perhaps strictly by editing keyword by keyword), it’s well worth the price for full automation of this process.

A money-back guarantee and free support also makes this a product you should consider adding to your arsenal of tools for keyword management.
