MIVA is an independent online advertising network, with relationships with 100,000 businesses.
MIVA Media is their PPC network, formed from the merger of FindWhat.com in the US and Espotting.com in Europe. MIVA currently operates in North America, Europe and Asia.
Rather than being a search destination itself, MIVA is a network of partner websites and portals that distributes advertiser’s PPC ads across thousands of partner websites, in particular web publishers and industry-specific sites.

MIVA Pay-Per-Click Ads:
Powering over 2 billion queries a month, MIVA runs PPC Networks in the US, UK, France, Germany, Spain and Italy. MIVA operates a bid-for-position auction where advertisers see the actual bid price. In Europe, MIVA displays advertisers’ brand logos as part of their PPC ads.
MIVA Pay-Per-Call Ads:
MIVA was first-to-market with Pay-Per-Call Ads. Like PPC, advertisers bid for position in an auction and only pay when an Internet user calls their business.
The key difference in this offering is that it allows companies with or without a web presence to connect with targeted Internet users.
MIVA Pay-Per-Text Ads:
In 2006, MIVA was first to launch Pay-Per-Text Ads providing advertisers with a way to connect with consumers via SMS through Britain's leading directory assistance service, 118 118.
MIVA also offers web publishers a number of ways to monetize their sites (product demos of partner products).
MIVA was also the first to offer private label solutions to large publishing partners. Current partners include Verizon Superpages.com and Eniro, the largest directory company in Scandinavia.
